GPS Location
This location tool allows you to get your accurate GPS location.
Please make sure your location settings are turned on for your device, then press one of the buttons below to get your location, and accept the request by your browser to get your location.
There are various other accuracy levels below. The higher the accuracy level, the more accurate it is.
Accuracy Level 3 - Close to your street (within a few streets away)
Accuracy Level 2 - Close to your suburb (close to, or in your suburb)
Accuracy Level 1 - Close to your city (close to, or in your city)
Sending your Location to Someone on WhatsApp
After the system has got your location and is displaying it, and you have optionally checked the location using the View Map option, then do the following:
- Click the "Copy Map Url with Message" link (this will copy your location so you can paste it)
- Open WhatsApp, and go to the contact conversation that you want to send your location
- Paste the location into the chat and press send (you can do this by holding down your finger on the space where you normally type a message for one second then selecting "Paste", then pressing the send button)
- The message will be sent and other person will now have your location (the location when you used the system)
- The other person can see the GPS location you sent and click the map link to see the location on a map.
